Application for Board Year

*Unfortunately, applying for a board year at Synergy is only for Dutch-speaking students* Do you want to apply for one of the positions (Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Marketing Officer, Commissioner Academic Affairs, Commissioner External Affairs) within the Synergy board of 2023-2024 and have the year of a lifetime? Then, send a motivation letter and your CV to before the 26th of April . After this, you will receive an invite for an interview. Semi-annually General Members' Meeting

On Tuesday the 4th of April, the board of Synergy will present their semi-annual evaluation of 2022-2023 during the General Members' Meeting. The General Members' Meeting will take place at Café Faber (Van Broeckhuysenstraat 12-14, 6511 PH Nijmegen). From  18:30 hours  you are welcome and the meeting will start at  19:00 hours . If you want to come to the General Members' Meeting, you have to sign up via our website. The General Members' Meeting is the time let your voice be heard and leave your mark on the future of the association. In this way, you get the opportunity to participate in discussions about matters such as: the budget of your committee, planned activities and other developments within the association. In addition, multiple drinks are arranged and you can enjoy tasty snacks . So grab this opportunity and join us for the General Members' Meeting! The agenda of the General Members' Meeting will be send to you after subscription. In the agenda, you will be able to see an overview of the topics that will be discussed.  We expect you to read the documents in advance of the General Members' Meeting. n order to prevent unnecessary discussions and keep the meeting effective, we would like to ask you to send your questions regarding the documents to, ultimately by the 29th of March.  The questions submitted will guide the General Members' Meeting. After subscribing, the agenda and the semi-annual evaluation will be sent to you. G4 Party: 'Glitter and Glamour'

On the 6th of April it is time for the G4 Party ! You can’t miss out on this one! Together with JFV, TFV and MFVN we organized an open party. Take all your friends with you because everyone is welcome! The theme is ‘Glitter & Glamour’ so put on your best glitter outfit! The party will take place on the 6th of April at the Drie Gezusters, Basement and Heidi’s Skihut. Members of Synergy, JFV, TFV and MFVN have free access. Don’t forget your member card! Free Academic Writing Skills course for students Radboud In'to Languages offers a free Academic Writing course for students. This course covers the different components of academic writing, such as the writing process, structure, readability, style and well-written sentences. The trainer will also give you feedback, which in turn will give you even more insight into your writing style. This course consists of five meetings, each lasting 1 hour and 45 minutes. Radboud in'to Languages also offers several language courses. Students get 50% off! Atlas Trip

Would you like to enjoy a trip abroad with your fellow students for 9 days? Would you like to explore culture, join amazing activities, visit interesting, companies, have a nice drink and get to know new people? Then the Atlas Trip is exactly what you are looking for! During this nine-day trip from 14 April to 22 April 2023 , we will take you to Sicily (Palermo and Catania) and Malta (Valletta) where we will visit companies, enjou fun activities and get acquainted with the culture of both countries. If you are a Synergy member you will pay approximately €600,-. If you have been on the Atlas Trip before or if you are not a member you will pay about €750.-. This includes plane tickets from Amsterdam, a boat trip, overnight stays including breakfast, fun activities, dinner and of course lots of fun. Formal Master Activity: Recruitment Dinner

April 28th, 2023 - April 30th, 2023
Nijmegen - Enschede

The annual event is back: the Batavierenrace, the biggest relay race of the world (175 kilometers long)! You do not want to miss this. At 28th and 29th of April, we will compete with a team of Synergy members, all the way from Nijmegen to Enschede. We will have a laugh, share drinks, and of course we will run. Are you joining our amazing Batavierenrace team? Then sign up now! The price for members is €35,- and it will include participation in the race, a hoodie specially made for the Batavierenrace, entrance to the party and an overnight stay. The price for non-members will be €77.55. We need 25 runners, who will battle against the other teams on behalf of Synergy. Running will be done in the evening (28th of April) and during the day (29th of April). We will divide the tracks based on distance preferences. More information about the tracks can be found here .
