Atlas Trip

Zagreb & Vienna

Are you interested in visiting various companies, experiencing the local culture, and, above all, enjoying an unforgettable journey? Then sign up now for the Atlas Trip! The Atlas Committee will take you from April 11th to 19th to Croatia (Zagreb) and Austria (Vienna). At these two locations, we will visit different companies and organize exciting activities! As a Synergy member, you will pay approximately €600, and as a non-member, you will pay around €800. This amount includes the following: the flight to Zagreb, the train journey from Zagreb to Vienna, and the train journey from Vienna to Nijmegen, accommodations with breakfast, cool activities, and dinner! If you want to be part of this fantastic trip, sign up quickly! You can register from December 20th to January 19th for the Atlas Trip. It is possible to register with a buddy. Unsubscribing is possible until January 21th. If you decide to unsubscribe, send an email to . If you do this before or on January 21th, no payment will be charged. After January 21th, Synergy reserves the right to collect the payment. Additionally, there will be a draw among everyone who has registered. If you have correctly guessed where we are going beforehand, you have one extra chance to join!  For this trip the  S ynergy travel conditions  will apply.

Application Board Year

Do you want to apply for one of the positions (Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Marketing Officer, Commissioner Academic Affairs, Commissioner External Affairs) within the Synergy board of 2024-2025 and have the year of a lifetime? Then, send a  motivation letter and your CV to   before the 15th of April . After this, you will receive an invite for an interview. When applying, make sure to note the following  important dates  in your agenda. 15th of April: deadline application​​ Beginning of July: individual transition week​ (differs per position) 12th - 18th of August: joint transition week​ 18th - 25th of Augustus: orientation week​​ 30th of August - 1st of September: transition weekend We look forward to receiving your motivation letter and welcome you to an interview!

Beer cantus

One of your favorite Synergy activities is back ! A cantus is all about fraternising and bonding with your fellow students. The evening will consist of singing songs together and listening to some great stories. This will all happen while enjoying a nice beer. Of course, a cantus is not complete without the watchful eye of the praesidium, so be on your best behavior. The location of the Cantus will be announced! The price is only €15 for members and €25 for non-members. It promises to be a unforgetable evening so if you would like to attend, sign up quickly!  If you want to unsubscribe, you can do so up to 24h in advance. G4 Open Party @ Doornroosje

Wednesday, April 24th, it’s finally happening again. The renowned student party organized by the four largest study associations is back on the agenda! This year, we’re going all out as the party will take place for the first time at Doornroosje. Of course, such an evening wouldn’t be complete without great DJs. The evening will kick off with @djdabru , followed by @tangex_dj , and closing with @djsimonsmith . These DJs will spin the best tunes for students to jump and dance to all night long. Don’t want to miss out on this evening? Then grab your ticket for only €5 as soon as possible. Are you a member of one of the four study associations? Then you can score your ticket for only €3. Membership will be checked at the door, so make sure to get the right ticket! See you on the dance floor!

Soccer Tournament incl. BBQ

The football tournament is back! Gather all your fellow students because it's time to conquer the cup! The football tournament takes place in the afternoon and at the end there is a delicious BBQ for everyone. You can sign up with a team of 9 to 10 players. The 7 vs. 7 tournament will take place at RSKV Brakkenstein. We'll see you there!   Members pay €10,00 and non-members pay €15,00. The subscriptions will close  on the 21st of April, 17:00h . If you want to unsubscribe, you can do so up to Friday the 23rd of April, 17:00h. You will then receive your money back minus €0.36 iDeal costs.

Semi-annually General Members' Meeting

On Monday the 8th of April, the board of Synergy will present their semi-annual evaluation of 2023-2024 during the General Members' Meeting. The General Members' Meeting will take place at Café Faber (Van Broeckhuysenstraat 12-14, 6511 PH Nijmegen). From  18:30 hours  you are welcome and the meeting will start at  19:00 hours . If you want to come to the General Members' Meeting, you have to sign up via our website. The General Members' Meeting is the time let your voice be heard and leave your mark on the future of the association. In this way, you get the opportunity to participate in discussions about matters such as: the budget of your committee, planned activities and other developments within the association. In addition, multiple drinks are arranged and you can enjoy tasty snacks . So grab this opportunity and join us for the General Members' Meeting! The agenda of the General Members' Meeting will be send to you after subscription. In the agenda, you will be able to see an overview of the topics that will be discussed.  We expect you to read the documents in advance of the General Members' Meeting. In order to prevent unnecessary discussions and keep the meeting effective, we would like to ask you to send your questions regarding the documents to ultimately by the 1st of April.  The questions submitted will guide the General Members' Meeting. After subscribing, the agenda and the semi-annual evaluation will be sent to you. Party Night: Utrecht

Get ready for an unforgettable party night in Utrecht! On April 9th, we'll depart in the late afternoon towards the beautiful city of Utrecht. We'll all enjoy a delightful dinner together, followed by a visit to a cozy café in Utrecht where we can all indulge in some delicious drinks! After having a great time, we'll of course hit the dance floor! Partying and dancing in a fun club in Utrecht, you wouldn't want to miss that. Once we've enjoyed an evening filled with fond memories, we'll make our way back to the lovely city of Nijmegen by bus. An evening to remember forever! We then invite you to join the recruitment dinner on the 10th of April and meet the respresentatives of these companies.  During this dinner you will get the chance to showcase yourself, ask questions and discover the possibilities these companies have to offer.  Attendance is free for members, non-members can also join but will be charged 30 euros. The dinner will take place at the Waagh  (Grote Markt 26, 6511 KB Nijmegen).
