For our Talent Program we are constantly looking for young professionals with a university degree and a maximum of two years of work experience. You are willing to look at yourself, to learn and to discover. And you have an enormous drive and ambition to work for clients such as KLM, Ministry of Security & Justice, Municipality of Utrecht, ABN Amro, Univé, Defensity College of Frame (start-up).

What will you do

Discover yourself
You will work for various clients for two years. This gives you the opportunity to discover what kind of position and what kind of organization suits you best, and in what kind of work environment you feel most pleasant. You also learn a lot about yourself: in all varied situations and circumstances, you are the only constant factor. We feed this 'look at yourself' with our personal development program.

The Talent Program is something for you because you are:

  • Crazy about variety: In two years you will carry out three to four assignments at different organizations in different roles.
  • Curious about personal development: We also ensure that you increase your self-awareness through personal coaching and training outside of the assignments. All under the guidance of your Talent Manager.
  • Inquisitive about content: You are not afraid to sink your teeth into a substantive challenge. Both in your assignment and during training. SCRUM, LEAN and Design Thinking? Bring it on! 
  • Not afraid of a challenge: "I've never done it so I think I can!" You are open-minded, decisive and want to reflect on yourself.
  • Enterprising: You like to contribute. You already did this during your studies in the form of committees or other ancillary activities and you now want to continue with (non) profits, start-ups and corporates.
  • A real connector: Together with seven other trainees you form a trainee team, you inspire, motivate and learn from each other. That is the value of the team.

Professional Awareness
At Young Colfield we help you to become more self-aware. What are you good at, what are your pitfalls and how can you make an impact in a way that suits you. We do this by:

  • 1-on-1 coaching
  • A soft- / hard-skill training program
  • Preparing and facilitating evaluation conversations with your client
  • And the team that you form with 7 other trainees, where a lot of attention is paid to team building and peer review moments together
