We are open daily from 9.00 till 17.00.
I can't log in to my account. How do I request a new password?
If you have never activated your account, you can activate it via an activation e-mail that you received after subscribing. Can't find that email anymore? Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Until when do I get my money back for an activity?
If you sign up for an activity, you can unsubscribe up to 24 hours in advance to get your money back. For some activities, such as a travel, this is different. This will be clearly indicated when you sign up.
What happens if I am on the reserve list?
If there's a spot open again, you will receive an email about it.
How do I change my data?
You can change your data by logging in and then going to https://www.synergy.nu/login/my-details.
How do I sign up for committees?
Our committees start partly in September and partly in February. For more information you can go to the active membership information that is given twice a year. The dates of this information can be found on our website and on Social Media. You can also contact the Marketing Officer at email@example.com.
