I can't log in to my account. How do I request a new password?
If you have never activated your account, you can activate it via an activation email that you received after subscribing. Can't find that email anymore? Send an email to email@example.com
Until when do I get my money back for an activity?
If you sign up for an activity, you can unsubscribe up to 24 hours in advance to get your money back (minus €0,36 iDEAL costs). For some activities, such as travels, this is different. This will be clearly indicated when you sign up.
What happens if I am on the reserve list?
If there's a spot open again, you will receive an email about it.

Where can I go with mental health issues or make an appointment with a confidant?
Radboud University offers a lot of help when it comes to mental health and guidance of students. You can make an appointment, for example with a study advisor, confidant, student psychologist, etcetera. Here you can find an overview of all possibilities.
