Veerle Barten
Hi everyone! My name is Veerle Barten and this year I will fulfill the role of Commissioner of External Affairs and Vice-Chairman. This means that I will be first contact for partners of the associaton and other external parties. I will also keep myself busy with upkeeping all the contact with these parties and also try to make new contact with new possible collaborations. Besides my first role in the board, I am also the Vice-Chairman. This will mean I will support our Chairman, Dorien, in every possible way with leading our association.
I am 20 years old and I already finished the first two years of the bachelor Business Administration. Besides my studies, I like to play volleyball and I also have been playing the saxophone for about ten years now. In my free time you can also find my in the city to have a drink with friends. Originally, I am from Cuijk, a town not so far away from Nijmegen, but I have been living in the beautiful city of Nijmegen for about 1,5 years. So during the week, you can find me in Nijmegen the most. Please feel free to come by the office during opening hours to say hello or to come drink a cup of coffee.
