Online General Members Meeting

On Monday the 16th of November, the new board of Synergy will present their policy plan and financial plan during the General Members Meeting. The General Members Meeting will be in Dutch.
The General Members Meeting will take place via Zoom. From 19.45 you are welcome and at 20.00 the meeting will start. You have to subscribe for the General Members. After subscribing an e-mail will be sent to you containing the Zoom-meeting link, the agenda, the policy plan, the changes made to the rules of procedure and the minutes of the last General Members Meeting. These documents are also available at the Synergy office (Heyendaalseweg 141.00.180) from the 2 nd of November.
We expect you to read these documents in advance of the General Members Meeting. Also, send your questions regarding the documents to chairman@synergy.nu , ultimately by Friday the 13 th of November. The questions submitted will guide the General Members Meeting. If you do not understand Dutch, our secretary can send you a summary in English.
If you cannot attend the General Members Meeting, please send an e-mail to secretary@synergy.nu . Someone else can cast your vote for you, if you let us know at least 24 hours before the start of the General Members Meeting. If you cannot attend, but you are interested in receiving the documents, please send an e-mail to secretary@synergy.nu to receive these documents.
Since the General Members Meeting is online, its form will differ slightly from a physical one. Unlike a typical General Members Meeting, not all text will be read aloud. There is extra emphasis on reading the documents before. The board will summarise, clarify and provide examples where necessary. As stated before, questions can be sent in until Friday the 13 th of November. The submitted questions will be answered when discussing their relevant parts in the documents.
