On Thursday the 3rd of February, Synergy’s Formal Master Committee is organising a lunch lecture from 12:15h until 13:30h. During the event, 4 Radboud Business Administration alumni will tell you about where they currently work, what it is they actually do, and how they made the step from studying to work. Of course, there’s also the opportunity to ask questions. It is possible to attend a maximum of 3 readings during the event. The following 4 speakers will be present during the event:
- Myrthe van der Burght (master Strategic Management). Myrthe works as a junior consultant at IBC Ambition, where she is participating in the Development Program. She is currently working at client Lightspeed where she is working on improving HR. She’s also writing (new) HR policies and is involved as a consultant with various other projects.
- Chiara Raco (master Marketing). After finishing her master’s, Chiara joined SchaalX where she is participating in the Digital Marketing Traineeship. She is involved with various digital marketing projects for clients and is currently working on the B2B marketing department at ENGIE Energie Nederland. Here she works on optimizing customer acquisition & retention processes, online communication, and creating online campaigns. (The traineeships are only in Dutch)
- Bianca Balvert (master OD&D). Bianca works as a consultant at ORGfit where she is involved in different projects with various roles. Currently, she’s working on various projects, amongst which the implementation of an HRM system in education, the implementation of the A3 methodology in a security region, and a Zero Based Budgetting project in a municipality. (You can only apply at ORGfit if you can speak Dutch)
- Mathijs van Doorn (master OD&D) works at IG&H, a consultancy organisation that focuses on digital transformations. Mathijs is part of the Transformation team which focuses on organizational design, Agile working, leadership and HR changes.
