On Monday the 15th of November, the new board of Synergy will present their policy plan and financial plan during the General Members Meeting. The General Members Meeting will be in Dutch.
The General Members Meeting will start at 18:30h. You are welcome to join us from 18.15 hours for a cup of coffee or tea at De Waagh. You have to subscribe for the General Members Meeting via the Synergy website.
The agenda, the policy plan, the attachments, and the records of the last General Members Meeting will be sent to you then. If you would like to receive the financial policy plan as well, you can request it by sending an email to our secretary. All the documents will also be available at the Synergy Office (EOS 00.180) from the 1st of November. If you do not understand Dutch, our secretary can send you a summary in English.
You can send in questions in advance regarding all documents. Please send your questions before the 11th of November to chairman@synergy.nu.
If you cannot attend the General Members Meeting, please send an e-mail to secretary@synergy.nu. Someone else can vote for you, if you let us know 24 hours before the start of the General Members Meeting.
