On Tuesday the 28th of September, the annual inauguration of the new board will take place during the General Members Meeting. During this meeting, the board of 2020-2021 will evaluate the past year and the candidate board of 2021-2022 will present their plans for this year. The General Members Meeting will be in Dutch.
The General Members Meeting will start at 19:00 hours. You are welcome to join us from 18.30 hours for a cup of coffee or tea at De Waagh. You have to subscribe for the General Members Meeting via the Synergy website.
The agenda, evaluation of the policy plan, the records of the last General Members Meeting, the proposal to buy an embroidered banner, the proposed changes to the Rules of Procedure (HR) and the vision of the candidate board for upcoming year will be sent to you then. If you would like to receive the evaluation of the financial policy plan as well, you can request it by sending an email to our secretary. All the documents will also be available at the Synergy Office (EOS 00.180) from the 14th of September. If you do not understand Dutch, our secretary can send you a summary in English.

You can send in questions in advance regarding all documents, except for the vision of the candidate board. This document will be assessed completely during the General Members Meeting. Please send your questions before the 24th of September to email@example.com.
If you cannot attend the General Members Meeting, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Someone else can vote for you, if you let us know 24 hours before the start of the General Members Meeting.
