COPPA is the leading purchasing consultancy specialized in healthcare and government. Within healthcare we carry out (complex) procurement processes, we professionalise procurement and we implement e-procurement tools. Examples of assignments that we carry out on a regular basis are: carrying out (complex) purchasing processes for both medical and non-medical articles or services. In addition, we analyze spend data and implement and optimize order-to-payment processes (P2P).

In this workshop we take you into the dynamic world of the business side of a hospital. To be precise, you and a team will carry out part of an implementation of an order and payment system (the case is based on an implementation that we have carried out). Stakeholder management, mapping processes, process optimization, and advisory skills are reflected in this. Join us for this interesting case battle on the 25th of May, starting from 09:30h.
