On Friday the 11th of December, there will be an extra General Members Meeting to rediscuss the financial plan. The General Members Meeting will be in Dutch.
The General Members Meeting will take place on the 11th of December via Zoom. From 12:00 you are welcome and at 12:15 the meeting will start. You have to subscribe for the General Members Meeting. After subscribing an e-mail will be sent to you containing the Zoom-meeting link, the agenda and the (financial) minutes of the previous General Members Meeting. These documents are also available at the Synergy office (Heyendaalseweg 141.00.180) from the 27th of November. The financial documents can be requested by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are expected to read these documents in advance of the General Members Meeting. Also, send your questions regarding the documents to email@example.com, ultimately by the 4th of December. If you do not understand Dutch, we can send you a summary in English.
If you cannot attend the General Members Meeting, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Someone else can cast your vote for you, if you let us know at least 24 hours before the start of the General Members Meeting. If you cannot attend, but you are interested in receiving the documents, please send an e-mail to email@example.com to receive these documents.
Since the General Members Meeting is online, its form will differ slightly from a physical one. There is extra emphasis on reading the documents beforehand. The board will summarise changes made to the financial policy since the previous General Members Meeting and answer the submitted questions.
