You will expand your network, learn a lot from each other and it is of course also very nice to organize something together with your committee! Chairman
As chairman you make a global plan for the entire year. You keep in touch with both associations (Synergy and the ESV) and you lead the meetings. You also keep an overview of the various subcommittees and you support them where necessary. If are interested in becoming chairman, you will need to hand in a motivation letter.
Treasurer
As treasurer you are responsible for the budget. You estimate the income and expenses and adjust where necessary. Other committee members can contact you if they have questions about whether a (new) idea fits in the budget.
External
The external subcommittee is responsible for establishing and maintaining contact with companies. You are looking for interesting companies for the NCE and ensure that all communication to them runs smoothly. You are also the contact person for companies on the days of the NCE itself.
Internal
The internal subcommittee is mainly responsible for promotion. Updating the website, coming up with promotional stunts and realizing the magazine are parts of the tasks of this subcommittee. Creative expressions are very welcome.
Organization
The organization subcommittee ensures that everything runs smoothly on the days of the NCE itself. Making schedules is a big part of the job description. In addition, you keep in touch with the location and you are busy with the registration of students for the NCE.
