On Tuesday the 22nd of September, the annual inauguration of the new board will take place during the General Members Meeting. During this meeting, the board of 2019-2020 will evaluate the past year and the candidate board of 2020-2021 will present their plans for this year. The General Members Meeting will be in Dutch.
The General Members Meeting will start at 20:00 hours at de Waagh. You are welcome to join us from 19.30 hours for a cup of coffee or tea. You have to subscribe for the General Members Meeting via the Synergy website. After subscribing you will receive an e-mail containing the agenda, evaluation of the policy plan, the records of the last General Members Meeting and the plan of the candidate board. If you would like to receive the evaluation of the financial plan, you can request these by sending an email to secretary@synergy.nu. These documents will also be available at the Synergy Office (Heyendaalseweg 141.00.180), from the 8th of September at 17.00 o'clock. If you are placed on the reserve list, you can attend the General Members Meeting via Discord online and you can ask questions via the chat.

If you cannot attend the General Members Meeting, please send an e-mail to secretary@synergy.nu. Someone else can vote for you, if you let us know 24 hours before the start of the General Members Meeting.
