WORKSHOP ROUND 1 (10:30 - 11:30)

  • Boer & Croon
We at Boer & Croon ensure that processes run smoothly, no matter how difficult the situation. We do this by sharing our knowledge. Often when a company is in a crisis situation, they do not have all the knowledge in-house and we offer a way out. In our workshop we take you into crisis management within consultancy. With the example of a cube, we want to show you how many options there are and let you shape the best one!

Boer & Croon is a management agency for experienced leaders and young talent. The organization offers a wide range of management solutions: Interim Management, Executive Search and Management Solutions. We are a special group of talents with exceptional qualities. Rapidly deployable and of great value in various situations and organizations. We believe in customization. After all, a client does not only look for certain knowledge, but especially for a type of personality. In our workshop we will consider the essential aspects of project management that are necessary to bring a project to the best result. Are you now interested in what is an optimal way of project management in times of ups and downs? Then register for our workshop!

  • Pathé
In the workshop 'Scenarios in crisis management' I take you behind the scenes at Pathé. The corona crisis has a huge impact on our business. How have we prepared for a crisis like this? And what have we learned? In this workshop I will take you on a journey through a turbulent year - and beyond - at Pathé. In addition, we dive into the usefulness of scenarios and you start writing a few scenarios yourself.

  • Rijkswaterstaat
Calamity at the Linne - Where to start? Monday, February 10, 2020… Two unhinged barges rammed the weir (dam) at the Linne and caused damage. But how big is the damage? And with that the risk for the environment? Under great pressure and with incomplete information, decisions have to be made quickly. How do you deal with such a crisis situation and 'bounded rationality'? What roles are there within a crisis team? Does the minister have a role? And how do we solve the calamity? All this (and more) is covered in the workshop 'Calamity at the Linne - Where to start?' From Rijkswaterstaat.

  • SQ People
We at SqPeople ensure that charities get new members. We do this through door-to-door recruiting. Human contact ensures that we can recruit new members and that charities can get their money! In our work we encounter various challenges, but the largest so far is the 1.5 meter society. In our workshop we try to solve the challenges and we want to know how you think it should be done!

SPEAKER (12:45 - 13:30)

Albert-Jan van Maren - Head of LOT-C
The National Operational Team Corona (LOT-C) is a national hub and connects security regions, central government and crisis partners with each other and supports them in giving shape and content to the unambiguous and jointly acting government. It unites strengths, knowledge and expertise to support others. The LOT-C consists of professionals from different organizations who work together in a network context. Albert-Jan van Maren has been head of this team since June 2020 and will share his experiences at the conference. The main theme will be leadership during a crisis!

WORKSHOP ROUND 2 (13:40 - 14:40)

  • Supply Value
Supply Value is a specialist in network optimization. Commercial (procurement), operational (supply chain & operations) and digital (digital). They provide advice, implementation power and training and translate strategy into concrete results. The exact details of the workshop will be announced on this page as soon as possible. In recent times, a lot of crisis management has been applied to many organizations in the country by Covid-19. In the workshop we will discuss what the best practices are of crisis management. How does management / the board deal with it? And how do organizations ensure that they eventually recover? The first half an hour there will be some theory and then we will work out a case to put this into practice. See you then!
  • CWZ
Operation Corona - how do you survive such a crisis as a hospital? Three CWZ employees will take you through our day to day during the Corona crisis. Combating the crisis is highlighted from 3 aspects, namely the organization and structure, the commitment and guidance of the personnel and the impact such a crisis has on finances. Matters such as the scale and duration of the crisis, the relationship between COVID and regular care as well as the unpredictability of the pandemic are discussed.

  • NS
The current situation has given NS a financial blow. Fewer tickets are bought, including season tickets. It is expected that people will have different needs for traveling by train, for example because everyone is working from home a lot more. We are looking for students who really want to make an impact by thinking about a long-term solution. Help NS devise a new strategy to get people back on the train after COVID-19! Do you opt for lower or higher prices for subscriptions, Spoordeelwinkel outings, discount coupons, campaigns or something else for your target group? You are invited to contribute to this during the NS workshop.

  • iTrainee
We have all been working and studying from home for almost a year now. This has a major impact on our lives. Important question: how do you organize such a working day from home as well as possible? How do you ensure that you stay happy and healthy during this time? During this workshop we would like to share our best practices with you and we will think together about shaping this new way of working. Curious? Then sign up now!
